In a screw job committed by our HOA, the HOA selected Sunset Landscaping as one of their vendors. Sunset landscaping charged $15,135 for one invoice and an additional $3,324 for additional work. The work was charged to the HOA and we had to reimburse them. The invoices were padded. We were billed for some materials that were not even used.
