I love everything around in my apartment but I have a problem with the maintenance. I was waiting for them to fix the microwave handles, fix the leaking on the ceiling, repainting the walls, and fix the water.
Didn't wait long after first report of toliet problem the repair was quick didn't take all day. Maintenance person was friendly.
The food is disgusting and somehow I was able to get a peek in the kitchen. The stoves are triplet. They look like they haven’t been cleaned in quite some time the fryers the grease is totally black and I believe I saw a mouse traps in the kitchen. It’s very bad I would never eat there or tell anybody to eat there at one last month or so my cousin said she got some good Alfredo and wings from there on a weekend but when she went back during the week it was disgusting
Very quick response to repair things. MUCH BETTER PLACE than East Cleveland.Don't listen to complaints. The building itself is cleaned daily usually mornings.I been here 4 years. I don't have roaches.It's about how you take care of your space if your nasty that brings Roaches to you. I like manager Ms Jackson she always kept it 100 with me and treated me with respect.
