Management Company was amazing helped me with all of my concerns. We loved the place, had a great time. We will be back next year!! Thank you for accommodating us when our first rental fell through.
BUYER BEWARE!!! DON'T RENT THROUGH SUNSET ISLAND SALES AND RENTALS...... THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY. I was told the property was sold but never refunded my deposit of close to $1700 instead they offered another unit for $2000 more but never gave it to me. Haven't returned a phone call in 8 weeks and still have my money. Don't use them PLEASE BE CAREFUL..... The place is pretty but Sunset Island Sales and Rentals is a Scam!!!!! They even change the contract posted online at their convenience.
