This young lady name Kay was the very best I have ever spoke to about a reservation, she went above and beyond to help me. I will definitely suggest Sunset Inn in Branson. Thank you Kay.

Maybe you should actually take the feedback and fix it instead of instantly being defensive in your responses. Also, to confirm we stayed you could ask your front desk person who goes to college in Ames. 😉 My husband and I stayed here for our first time in Branson.
