A good time
Room smelled like chalk and smoke. Was told that it was from the room's new AC unit install. However, the unit was covered in thick old dust, like it was never cleaned. The smoke detector battery had to be changed during our stay (it was beeping low battery). When changed, we saw that the smoke detector was not connected to the motel alarm system wires in the ceiling. We were a bit disturbed about this because if a fire broke out in the building, our smoke detector would not alarm us to evacuate...... Towels are a polyester ... read more
