Worst experience I’ve ever had. J. Quesada did nothing but waste my time. Even while being treated by her in the hospital I was kept longer w no explanation. Told them how I was feeling sicker and was just told it was the medication. Called the office a week before my appointment because I was still not holding anything down was told they would call me back and never did. I showed up to my appt today and waited over an hour and a half in the waiting room. No explanation, no help from the staff. I will never return to this un... read more

Sunset ID Care is one of the most phenomenal medical practice I have ever worked with. Their attention to detail and and follow through is exceptional. We have worked with both Dr. Alozie and nurse practitioner Joanna Quezada and both of them take all the time we need to understand what our plan of care is going to be. Of late, Johann has gone above and beyond to ensure that she does everything possible to keep my mother's antibiotic resistant UTI from sending her to the hospital. I haven't had a good experience with this clinic so far, at one visit they prescribed me the wrong medication so I had to wait longer for my meds and then I had a procedure done here and they didn't even bother to call me or let me know where I can get my results. I had to ask for a copy of my results months later and if I hadn't asked for the copy my results would have never been discussed. There is no good patient care here.
