Maybe we are still seeing through "Rose Coloured Glasses" but as new unit owners in as of May 2009 weI can only say "the place is the tops." It may be one of the older buildings in the area, however, the maintenance, upkeep, etc.doesn't show the age. Not a huge place with hundreds of units,smaller,so nice and friendly, no fighting for a lounge or room in the extra large pool, easy access to the beach, over the top friendly staff.
