The wife of one of my excommunicated project managers is still here with a 5* glowing review. I echo everything that Jennfier Colbourn said in her review. We hired Sunset Homes, Pedro Ocana Muller and Nella Ocana in September 2024 to build an outbuilding for our home with a golf simulator. We were told it may take about 4 months in total. Approximately eight (8) months have now passed and only about 30% of the project has been completed. In our opinion, the project experienced significant delays and problems. For example, at the beginning, they poured the foundation for the building in the wrong location and then had to correct it. We were also asked to make more payments even... read more
This is the fourth time I have submitted my review due to Sunset repeatedly having it removed. This in itself, should be a testament to how this business is run. During our initial selection of a builder we found reviews helpful, which is in part why we feel it necessary to share our experience. Upon reflection of many of Sunset’s reviews it has become more obvious that the majority are not from families who have built homes with Sunset, but from employees and their family and friends.
