I am astounded that you called my review inaccurate. Why would I take the effort to write this?? Its to warn the public and to prevent anyone from experiencing the hell your company put our entire family though. 1. Accounting - If you made the mistake of choosing this builder, double check every single bill for double charges. The Sunset team made some pretty major mistakes in the project and tried to charge me for it. Very disorganized and phantom stuff all over the place. Please read carefully as you will make a enormous mistake by choosing this builder. Test Somehow this may be disappearing. It is funny the employee 5* fake reviews have been gone. The wife of one of my excommunicated project managers is still here with a 5* glowing review. I echo everything that Jennfier Colbourn said in her review. Building with Sunset will likely be the biggest mistake of my life and I built two houses with them. It was 2 years of complete hell. I pretty much had to project manage most of it.
