Asked online to replace my rear taillight before I went on vacation the next day. Got home and saw it wasn't done. Called and they said to bring it back but I live 45 minutes away and went in my only open window before my 3 week trip. The guy said the online notes don't transfer over. They "supposedly" did a full vehicle inspection, which should have shown them that the taillight was out, but it clearly wasn't done. No discount for their error was offered. Super attentive staff! Great first service for my 2019 WRX Limited. I 100% did not feel like they were trying to tack on extra work whatsoever!
Ever since taking my vehicle I have had more issues with it and they had switched out the staff and not a fan of the one who worked with me. Will have to drive to another service center now.
