Asked online to replace my rear taillight before I went on vacation the next day. Got home and saw it wasn't done. Called and they said to bring it back but I live 45 minutes away and went in my only open window before my 3 week trip. The guy said the online notes don't transfer over. They "supposedly" did a full vehicle inspection, which should have shown them that the taillight was out, but it clearly wasn't done. No discount for their error was offered.
