My heat pump wasn’t working properly in heating mode. My coworkers told me to call Sunset. Boy am I glad I did. Alex came right out and gave me a good evaluation. The estimate came in from Steve quickly and he scheduled and completed the install within a week. An all around great experience. Brian (owner) was a straight shooter from the start. He was knowledgeable and had great project and HVAC maintenance recommendations. Then to top it off the crew was awesome! Steve, Alex, and Kyler did a stellar job. Call around, then go w/ Sunset.
We had some hiccups, but it was because they were trying to fit me in their schedule. When they saw an opportunity in their schedule, we all got the ball rolling. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, got the job done quick. MORE to come....just a week with it.
