PSA for CPAP users: My mom's CPAP supplier forced her to buy an aftermarket chinstrap--CS005-- made by this company rather than the brand name one. It's poor quality and If you happen to have any hair, it'll leave you with less, because it's heavy on poor quality Velcro. You guys can do better!

love this very reliable equipment, as it has plenty of strength. It is not a mesh inhaler,, which makes it more reliable, and much more convenient to use. It runs well on batteries or when plugged in. Because I am occasionally in need of effective treatment quite suddenly, this machine has been wonderful... I have had it for almost 2 years.

I purchased a Transcend Auto CPAP through American Home Medical Equipment in Allentown, PA about 1 mos ago. Their supplier/manufacturer is Sunset Healthcare. This equipment cost over $1000 and is imperative to my health. I have sleep apnea and cannot be without the machine. The metal heating plate in the humidifier reservoir was defective and began to leak. It is under warranty and I wanted the replacement piece sent overnight to me seeing it is a health necessity.
