When I arrive for my doctors appointment had to wait a few minutes no problem got back to the room and the nurse said OK. The doctor will be with you just shortly. She’s finishing up with a patient 60 minutes later again 60 minutes later the doctor finally came in if you’re in a hurry and your time is valuable, don’t go there cause they will not see you right away.
The most unpleasant experience ever beginning with the receptionist , med assistant, medical staff in general, not one staff member showed any professionalism whatsoever, I’m so glad I didn’t walk in to my “ appointment “ in air quotes because I was on time for said appointment and sat in a room for over an hour! Sunset health in Wellton should require their staff to attend monthly mandatory training sessions for people skills 101…
