The most unpleasant experience ever beginning with the receptionist , med assistant, medical staff in general, not one staff member showed any professionalism whatsoever, I’m so glad I didn’t walk in to my “ appointment “ in air quotes because I was on time for said appointment and sat in a room for over an hour! Very disappointed, they are changing providers again in Wellton. Really loved the one they had. Had an appointment this afternoon with the new provider, it was at 12:30 and no one else was in the room. Waited 20 minutes to get vitals then put in a room where I had to wait another 30 mins. so I got up and left, and I don't know how much long I would had to wait I was very upset, I have never had to wait that long for the other provider.
