Major home projects are not for the faint of heart, especially not when you have an old (circa 1930s) but as the dust settles, I have to recommend Van and his team. This is the first time I’ve had to deal with flooring work of any type, and they were responsive, competitively priced and very patient. Vanderson Neves and his Sunset Hardwood team sanded, repaired, stained and refinished approximatley 1,900 sq. ft. of our maple hardwood flooring, some of which that was water damaged, and did an exceptional job. The price was very competitive. The job was completed on time and on budget. They prepped by sealing all of our cabinets, TV and etc, and cleaned up everything.
