I had a very disappointing experience at Sunset Grill. The omelette I was served was extremely overcooked, dry, and completely lacking flavor. The fruit on the side was also poor quality and not fresh. When I politely brought the issue to the manager’s attention, instead of addressing the concern professionally, I was told that “this is how we cook” and that I was supposedly the first customer to ever complain about their food. Food was good but it could be more cleaner in the bathroom and the restaurant but the staff was very sweet. It was a little too dark in the restaurant as well.
My family and I celebrated Mother’s Day at Sunset Grill, and we had such a great experience! Even though the restaurant was extremely busy and fully packed, the staff still accommodated our family of 6 and made us feel very welcome. We had Sophia as our server for the second time now and she is phenomenal! She is very sweet and attentive. The food is always great and the entire staff are super friendly.
