Went last week and had Robby-lee as a server. She was amazing, fast and had a great personality. She was quick with refills, the food was amazing and the hostess claire was very kind. Found out she was the manager, she absolutely deserves it. She had at least 10 tables and was able to handle all of it.
We’ve been without power for 3 days due to an ice storm. We called yesterday to see if Sunset had power so we could go in and get a hot meal. I understand the stress of it all but when we asked we were met with a rude “yeah we are in Westridge” a scoff and a prompt hang up. This was disgusting and so disappointing and like always it won’t be addressed and nothing will be done about it. After not having power and being trapped by trees and down powerlines for 3 days we called to see if they had power. The person that answered the phone was polite at first but when I said we were just checking if you had power, the response I got was ya we are in Westridge, then a prompt hang up. All we wanted was a hot meal after this giant mess. I get its been stressful but this response was very unwarranted.
Walked away. One waitress ONLY to seat people, take & deliver orders and clear tables. The poor girl was working her xss off. How can you run a business like this. I am now a hard NO vote for Sunset Grill as a place to eat. Blue Moon Junction in Washago still the best breakfast option
