Hey, it's a pretty standard breakfast place that franchised out from the beaches that had character to places that are pretty cookie cutter. But what do you expect when it's a good value for good food so you know what to expect whichever location you go to.
Out experience with sunset grill was top notch. If you didn't know, sunset grill does catering and we ordered a bunch of items from their catering menu for a party that started in the morning. Karthick helped us out a bunch and was great with following up and clarifications with our order. Service and food were excellent.
We were at this sunset grill location in Ajax. Not a good place to go, very unsatisfied. We usually are going to the brooklin location, with 100% satisfaction. The Ajax location was very rundown, the waiter forgot some of our food, my daughter had to wait for her food which was cold by the time the waiter brought the food to our table. I don’t recommend this location, food was cold, room temperature wasn’t the best. I would think twice before going to the sunset grill in Ajax, even giving a 1 star is still unsatisfactory.
