We had the worst experience we ended up leaving before ordering. The server was extremely rude and only wanted to make her senior clientele happy- she obviously didn’t want to serve a family with a young toddler. We used to come here but will never return.
Sabrina provided great service. I am giving a 4-star rating because, despite the excellent experience, we were advised that there would be a charge of $2.50 for a glass of hot water (which my friend requested as she cannot drink cold water). Whilst we respect the policy, this small charge prevented a perfect 5-star score.
The owner/manager here was horrible. Firstly she argued with me about the doneness of my eggs. Wanted medium and they were hard. It was not a comfortable exchange to get new plates. She treated her wait staff very poorly in front of customers. There was no need to call out our server for not having her tablet in front of us as she was taking our order. Service was slow, my wife ordered a BLT, on the menu it says topped with mayo, the BLT that was brought to the table did not have mayo on it, nor did it even have it on the side. By the time we could get the servers attention the bacon was cold and the bread was oddly hard/stale. And my meal was already halfway done.
