As good as any other Sunset we've been too. As with anything else in Ottawa parking sucks, in that way it's a tourist trap. Not their problem but it's the tourists problem!
My mom and I have been to this restaurant twice now and we have yet to have a bad meal and have had a great experience thanks to the server Laurie! Even if there was a small issue with the food BEFORE it came out Laurie would be there right away to come and help us out. We're definitely coming back here next time we're in the area. ☺️
Wouldn't have known the difference between hospital food and what was served today. Waited 45 minutes for our food. Eggs undercooked, slimey, watery. Potatoes, unseasoned, bland, speckled with meat in it...? Found pieces of super fried ham or some type of pork mixed within. Sausages and bacon, gnarly. Like the kitchen barely heated them through and called it a day. Waffles chewy, pancakes chewy — with speckled burnt meat or some sort of potato cooked into it from the griddle. I was very disappointed in my last visit. I was told the restaurant has been sold. The home fries were so undergone. I was told they were waiting for an order of decaf coffee ????? I will not go back.
