The service here is non existing The owner of this place should get off the couch and run this place properly Been seated for 45 mins and no has come by Workers walking around circles pretending to look busy
One of the worst breakfast experiences I’ve ever had. The service was terribly slow, and it seemed like no one was actually in charge. When you ask, Who is responsible here?they simply say No one unbelievable. After waiting far too long, I politely mentioned the delay, and instead of apologizing, they started arguing with me. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. No respect, no accountability, and no proper service. I absolutely do not recommend this place.
Today I had one of the best experiences in Sunset Grill. It was my second visit to this place. The breakfast was delicious with the service of dear Laurie that made it incredibly unforgettable. she was amazing, kind and came up with the great suggestions after getting to know that I don’t eat pork. I wish a great success and luck to her and her team specially in the time of Christmas market. <3 Yasmin
