Used to come everyday but it went downhill fast with some of the current staff. Im not one to complain but hopefully management will read this and improve. 1) I come in and servers are clueless. No utensils, no coffee/water. They come with social awkwardness and ask what I want. When I request a coffee, there is no awareness that it’s finished. I ordered a canadian omelette, that was supposed to contain bacon, mushrooms and cheddar. The cheese they sprinkle on top may be that, but the cheese in the omelette was some kind of congealed mixture of cheddar and a processed cheese sludge. It was actually disgusting, and it’s one of the few locations I’ve noticed doing this. If you order this or anything with “cheddar”, ensure that they’re actually using real cheddar cheese and not their sewer slime knockoff.
