Terry is straight forward with you about car repairs needed. Fixed my AC couple months ago. Last week had him check my transmission and he honestly told me my fears were unfounded. Refreshing to have a repair shop tell you they don't need to work on your car!

Import has had a couple of different owners in the last few years. Usually that's not a good thing. BUT- the current owner, Terry, is every bit as good and honest as the previous ones. He has been super helpful with our repairs, and his crew does good work. Each repair has been outlined for us ahead of time, and he doesn't talk down to me about what needs to be done. (Ladies, you know what I'm talking about!) There are also no "gotchas" when we go to pay the bill. We have been and will continue to be happy repeat customers.
