We are so grateful to have gone with Kind GD&G! Initially we were working with one of their employees. A life situation came up for them and slowed down the momentum. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like I had to after seeing some of the nonsense being posted here. My experience with Kind Garage Doors & Gates was the total opposite of those fake one-stars. From the very first phone call, the team was professional, honest, and fast. I had an excellent experience with Kind Garage Doors & Gates and honestly don’t understand the negative reviews floating around. They’re either fake or from people who have never used the service, because what I got was top-notch. My garage door opener completely died on a Thursday night. I called KIND the next morning and they had a technician at my house the same day. He was polite, knowledgeable, and got my system running again quickly. New to Sarasota, Nir built a reputable business prior to his move from LA. My garage door was not able to open/close. Being on a Saturday, most businesses were not open or charged an emergency fee. Nir contacted me within the hour and was able to come out that morning. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. He even went above and beyond and recoded my exterior keypad. Prices were reasonable and he was very honest about diagnosis. I was very satisfied with service and would highly recommend.

Nir the owner came out today and gave us a very fair estimate for our garage door opener that was a least 20+ years old. First off they were prompt that came on time. They arrived here at 11:30 and were supposed to be here at noon and asked if that was OK which it was amazing.
