We are so grateful to have gone with Kind GD&G! Initially we were working with one of their employees. A life situation came up for them and slowed down the momentum. But we talked to their admin team and they immediately moved in to assist us and keep things moving forward. We communicated to Nir that we wanted a fence and pedestrian gate. I had an excellent experience with Kind Garage Doors & Gates and honestly don’t understand the negative reviews floating around. They’re either fake or from people who have never used the service, because what I got was top-notch. My garage door opener completely died on a Thursday night. I called KIND the next morning and they had a technician at my house the same day. He was polite, knowledgeable, and got my system running again quickly. I had the pleasure of working with Or when my gate stopped working, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From the start, he was incredibly responsive and scheduled me quickly. Nir the owner came out today and gave us a very fair estimate for our garage door opener that was a least 20+ years old. First off they were prompt that came on time. They arrived here at 11:30 and were supposed to be here at noon and asked if that was OK which it was amazing.
