Worst service experience i have ever had.
Can't say I've ever had a good experience here, but this one was bad. I came in with an appointment, and because of their mistakes, I ended up not getting serviced at all. What a joke. The only reason they have business is because people are forced to go to them.
Kyle Lohmeyer Service Advisor personally got my Escape back to me at 5:45 pm . I wasn't expecting back until next day. He went the extra mile for customer service
