Unethical is an understatement. Highly disappointed in our experience with Sunset Ford and their (lack of) service department. We had a bed liner scheduled for installation, which was ordered and picked up at Ford. Unfortunately, the tie down bolts were secured with lock tight, which my husband and his father mistakenly tried to remove themselves. This resulted in broken bolts. I had my vehicle towed to Sunset Ford on May 6 because there’s something going on with the transmission. They set up an appointment on May 28 at 9:45 AM. I showed up for my appointment and my service advisor was Thomas he advised me that they were behind still working on cars from May 20. I said well that’s not my problem I had an appointment and if this was the issue that they weren’t gonna get my car in, he should’ve called or texted me and told me he did nothing! Service coordinator Andrew Branca will lie about how long your service will take to get you to order the fancy cleanings and then hold your vehicle until 30 minutes before close Mike and Leah are easy to work with and honest. Andrew is rude, unpleasant, and dishonest
