John, Tyler and Andrew literally gave me the best buying experience of any dealership I have ever worked with! I called in to discuss issues with a loan application for a customer I am working with. When I was describing the situation to the phone operator, he suddenly told me that he was going to transfer me to Adrian, and before he initiated the transfer, I was able to hear the operator say "...why did this guy not just ask for Adrian?...". I thought that this comment was incredibly rude and unprofessional to say while still on the line. Adrian worked with me, and he was great.
