WORST FORD DEALERSHIP EVER. Go to the one in ST LOUIS. We tried buying a suv for 3.5 weeks even said we would do the paperwork and they said no we can't but they did with someone else. So 3.5weeks wasted for nothing. Don't bother with them they are full of crap and lie to you. WASTE OF TIME. THANKS FOR NOTHING JOE AND FORD OF WATERLOO. Owner, manager, and salesmen are all great it's the service department you have to worry about especially the service dept manager
I Bought a used Ford Explorer from them, our Salesman was Adrian, he' the best, very personable, funny and knowledgeable. He will take the time with you that you need, so you understand everything about the car you are buying. Adrian stayed an hour later than the store hours, he kept his great mood and wished us farewell. Not only Adrian but the whole Sunset Ford of Waterloo team is fantastic. Thank You guys again!
