I am very impressed with the service department of Sunset Ford Waterloo. Loni is the best. She gives informative information without being pushy. The work they do is also very impressive. I never take my car anywhere to be worked on except Sunset Ford of Waterloo and Loni, head of Service, is the main reason for that. It is hard to find a place that is informative, honest, fast and treats you with respect. There is nowhere else in my opinion to take my car for service.
