Kristy, leaves me voicemail after voicemail if I’m too busy to answer my phone demanding that I call her back, TODAY. “I need to hear from you today.” I’ve told them previously I don’t like being spoken to that way and it’s like her brain can’t handle the notion of respect. RecommendedThis group of ladies are the absolute best. I would highly recommend sunset finance to anyone. They are so helpful and I have never heard or seen anyone get ugly like a lot of loan companies can be. I am very thankful for y’all.
The new management and employees are rude and absolutely harassing me they will call everybody on your list if you do not pick up the phone it doesn't matter if they call at a time you can't answer the phone and you are proactively in constant communication with them. During this time of a pandemic you would think they would not be able to harass you nobody else is harassing me I will be calling the governor's office the Secretary of State and the Better Business Bureau to find out exactly what I can do to stop them from har... read more

I advise everyone do not do business with sunset finance my mom missed one payment and they come to her house harassing her she is on a fixed income. I have talked to a couple of other people who have a loan there and the same thing miss one payment and they will call your family your work and come to your house and harass you my advice don't go to sunset finance
Do not do business with this company. The call s NEVER end. They call and harass you non stop!!!!
