I have been working with the kingsland branch for years. Yeah I am late a lot but the staff has always been courteous and helpful. Since this new manager Patricia took over, customer service has gone to crap. We just had a major storm and she is not concerned in the slightest that i lost all my food or that my truck broke down. She just wants her money. I hope someone from the corporate office reads this and fires her
