RecommendedDelivered our baby girl at Tuality July 13th 2019. Overall was a very good experience. Doctors and nurses all very experienced and kind. I ended up having a c section and was really well taken care of post op.
Had to wait 3 hours for a CT scan! Horrible care! Had to call the ER desk on my phone to ask for help because I couldn’t move.
The WORST bedside manner I've ever seen. Most of the nurses in the ER dont care about their patients needs, they would rather over-medicate you to shut you up than actually fix the problem. Avoid this hospital if possible.
July 25/26 the ER had one doctor. That is not enough for the number of rooms. Pain management policy is lacking, to put it mildly. My ER nurse was less than caring. The first doctor visit was after 3 hours in the room. My pain was reported at 7/8, and went to 10+. No pain management was offered until after the pain had peaked and subsided on its own. Some doctors there are good but others arnt. My back had a ripped mussel and they made me do a breathing treatment that made me cough even when I told them it hurts so bad when I cough.
my 4 year old nephew had a major gash in his tongue and it took them more than an hour of calling people who came in after us. HES 4 YEARS OLD. The people up front did nothing but keep telling us to wait.
Super expensive bills for bad service. Phone lines never answered. So done.
