Gym Well if you want to work out in Seaside this is the place for you. Seaside Fitness Center is a small friendly gym with lots of equipment and class for just about every one. The staff and trainers here are knowledgeable can set you up on a program to meet whatever goal you set. If you in town just for a short time and want to work out you can pay a one time fee or get a week pass. Over all this is a small gym, but its very friendly and just a fun place to work out.
Poor Customer Service I have been going to gyms most of my adult life and this was the first time anyone has ever interrupted the middle of my workout to take the piece of equipment I was working out on so they could use it for a class! I must admit I have not frequented smaller facilities before so this may be the norm but I know it's bad gym etiquette to interrupt a routine. I am hard pressed to recommend a facility that would do such a thing.
Worst Staff....... I have frequented many fitness centers in my life, I have also worked at a few too. I have been working out 3-5 days a week for the last 13yrs & this gym is very small with older equipment. As far as staff goes, there is one lady that is older with curly hair who is rude & arrogant. Every time I have been in there she wreaks of alcohol & cigarettes & very frequently hangs outside the building smoking too. Its quite the turn off.
