Great environment and staff. I'm always scheduled with Dr. T and Faith. They are both very knowledgeable and personable. I would recommend this office to anyone.
I’ve recently had some old metal fillings removed and replaced with crowns. Dr Hancock was very reassuring and calming, he completed the procedure promptly with very little to no pain. His assistant was very helpful and reassuring too. It’s great to have a dentist you can trust. The dental hygienist Faith was exceptionally gentle she made me feel at ease, and gave me great advice for future cleanings. And Rachel is very informative for scheduling, and the financial aspects for my dental procedures.
Update 7/29: I came back for a 2nd visit(emergency) to remove an infected tooth my regular dentist couldn't remove due to pain and the female dentist and assistant were amazing!! This office impresses me everytime I come here and the staff is beyond amazing! After attempting to pull this tooth at another office and being left in excruciating pain, im so glad I decided to come here for emergency removal! There's plenty of dentists out there. I've been to a few. I've not been to a few. It really comes down to the staff which is why I go to Sunset. You can feel the positive atmosphere, comradery, and just general vibe that things are well put together and managed. I of course have to shout out Dr. Hancock as he's patient, understanding, and explains things well. I drive up from St. Pete and its never a question if it's worth it. Sunset is always worth it. Also, props to the logo and branding. It is on point.
