I paid for the “ultimate wash”. Supposedly, the car would have gotten waxed, the wheels cleaned, and the car hand-dried. After going through the machine, I was surprised to know that there wouldn’t be any wax bc the “soap has wax mixed in it” according to the worker I spoke to. Does that look clean or waxed to you? I wouldn’t say so. Between the water marks and the dirty wheels, it is clear to me that everyone goes through the same machine, doesn’t matter if you get the regular or the ultimate.
