My father was at Sunset Drive GOOD Samaritan for only a few days. He fell out of bed. No precautions were put in place such as a fall mat beside his bed after his fall. He fell out of bed again today and hit his head. No fall mat was put in place. He is on blood thinners and is only at this "care center" because of a stroke he suffered from just 16 days ago. Rooms are small and cold. Food is heavily processed. The lvl of care is minimal. Nursing staff is stressed. Administration is avoidant and out of touch Sunset Good Sam in Mandan is one of the worst places to work for. Sunset Good Sam in Mandan is not somewhere you can trust your loved ones to thrive/live/survive at. Sunset Good Sam in Mandan is one of the “top tier worst” care facility in ND and surrounding states.
