My brother was placed there for end of life care. I assumed it included comfort care. The place is seriously understaffed. Why they keep excepting new patients when they do not have the staff to care for them, is beyond me. Simple requests to the staff about his care by family, was positivity responded to but not carried through. On his last day I went up to see him. His lunch tray was by him. Just heard a relative who is there was intimidated last night. Vulnerable elderly adult being told the staff didn’t like being told what to do by family members. Get your shit together, soon.
