We have been faithful clients over 2 years. Until today!!! I have never been more humiliated by a server than I did today (7/8/26)!!! Not only was she rude to me, she berated me at the check out counter!!! And, in front of other customers! She has forgotten the first rule of customer service:” the customer is always right”! First time here. Clean, classic diner feel. Waitress was excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable, great smile. Soup was excellent. Red pickled cabbage was outstanding. Meatloaf and mashed potatoes were not. Wish I ordered something else. Everyone else loved or liked their food. I'd like to go back and try other stuff. It is a nice place.
