Easily a 5 star rating for Sunset Denture Clinic. My elderly father lost his dentures and I feel so fortunate to have found Sunset Denture Clinic to work on a set of replacement dentures. Due to my father's limited mobility, I called the clinic first and Gerry put me at ease taking the time to answer all my questions and concerns. Gerry is very professional. He has addressed every issue so far. We are still in the process of perfecting the fit. I would recommend him 100%. Nice of him to supply a parking spot at back of building.
Gerry is a very polite and patient person. He will listen to your needs and find solutions for you based on his professional knowledge. He also arranged a translator to provide the best communication for patients whose English was not fluent enough. I think that is wonderful!!
My father got dentures from Sunset Denture Clinic in Burnaby, and we were so impressed with the care and professionalism we received from Gerry. He took my money, didn't put it on my insurance as requested. Called me in several times to sit in his office while he pretended to repair denture but in the end just wanted me to warm up his seat in the office. Instead of a dull 14 teeth, he decided he only wanted to give me 13 bit he did it in such a way that I didn't notice until After I had paid and he refused to provide me with a response as to why no full 14 teeth as per norm?
