For some reason it cut off the bottom of the text message on my review. This is what Grady, the president of this company responded with.
Spent $16,750 for 21 x 20 pergolas. They had to come back at least 4 times to fix the leaks to make the pergola waterproof as they advertised. I whiled the final $750 until I was sure it was. I paid them after the final repair done. Then I contacted the owner a day after the ice storm hit, with concerns of the ice build up and the weight added to the pergolas. I am posting my question and his answer. You make the call as to whether you would like to do business with them.
