As an avid cyclist, I am very particular about who works on my bikes. After only one visit to Sunset I was blown away with the staff and service. The attention to details these guys give is outstanding. They actually listened to the issues I was having, instead of telling me what the problems could be. And now my road bike rides like new again!
Very disappointing and unpleasant experience. One staff member was very disrespectful and rude. Will never give them any business again.
Staff couldn’t have been friendlier. Came in with an issue with my mountain bike. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it at no charge. They could have replaced a part and charged me but they didn’t. Really appreciate the honesty and willingness to look out for their customers.
