I've been remodeling contractor in St Louis for over 20 years now. And I've known this contractor for the entire time that I've been here. I have referred numerous clients of mine to him and I have never heard a complaint from any of them. I've had a handful of business dealings with him over the years personally and he's always been exceptionally professional. I strongly recommend this contractor!
Pat Tosie was a compete let down. He met with us and told us, even if we were our own general contractor, he would stay with us through out the process and walk us through all of it...yeah...that did not happen. He put up the shell then left us high and dry. We even reached out and asked for more guidence... it still didn't happen. We ended up spending far more than we should have and had countless delays.
