We were introduced to David Glinski, owner of Sunset Custom Homes, by our realtor. Dave looked at the land we were considering, to ensure it was good for our home. Dave knows how to build a house. He was the perfect builder for our home. There were building site challenges, a client (me) who wanted to explore all options :), and home details that required creative thinking and installation. Contrary to what Will Feurstock posted, I found Dave Glinski an excellent builder, very responsive, able to provide excellent sub contractors that did excellent work and was on site to make sure things were completed on schedule and up to the high standards he demands. We contracted with him to build a 3000 square foot custom home to be completed in 4 months. The concrete was poured the first week on November and we moved in March 1st.
