Great customer service. Very kind staff who supported me after a hit and run left me frustrated. Reasonable prices and quick turnaround time even with a need to order and paint parts.
We took our vehicle to Sunset Collision Center after being in a minor accident. The people there were friendly and we are pleased with the end result. Our vehicle was repaired to our satisfaction. One area we felt could have been better is communication. We were told that we would receive updates as our vehicle was being repaired. However, we didn't. My Subaru was hit. Subaru dealer said they recommend Sunset Cadillac Collision for repairs. I saw that they are Subie Certified so I called. Initial contact was Teresa....she is super competent, great customer service skills, made me comfortable on how to proceed with the insurance details. It was spot on.
