Called three times to make a payment on my bill. Every time sent to voicemail. The website they give to make online payments does not work. Surprised that they don't have someone to answer a call to accept the money I owe them. Would not be surprised to have this just go to collections, even though I have tried to pay this invoice in full.
We never got any bill from them and within 1 month of insurance settlement this we did start getting threatening letters by “PPM Delinquent Accounts Department for recovery”. We paid thousands to hospital and would be so rich by holding there $211.14 WOW. The website is not working and check the fake date they wrote on it. We received this letter just today. Shame on you.
