Great service at home in my driveway
I have a driver assist notification that shows up from time to time. Not all the time. I took it in and they checked it out. I was told that it was not covered under my bumper to bumper. I was definitely not pleased. I have had a great relationship with the service department and really appreciate them. I do trust that they would have gladly repaired the item under the warranty if they could have. They are known for going out of their way to help customers. Thanks always Tito for your hard work and excellent service!
I brought my Hyundai in to have the doors replaced and was promised brand new factory OEM doors straight from Hyundai. I'm happy to say that is exactly what was delivered — genuine factory parts, fully documented with correct invoices directly from Hyundai. Everything billed to my insurance was accurate and transparent, with no surprises.
