I waited at the dealership for my oil change and windshield wipers to be changed. Coming up on two hours of waiting I noticed that in the app it still says that my car is in “finishing touches“. I decided to go take a look, and there is my car sitting there completely done and no one has notified me. Additionally, when I go into the service advisor area, there’s no one there - two or three people walk in and out and ignore me. Finally, someone asks me why I’m standing there.
