Bought suv as certified. 3 days later it is in the shop at tasco gmc. It has been in there shop over 3 weeks ! Claimants on back order ! This certified suv was Not checked by mechanics. It's 2021 buick gx essence I'm stuck with can't drive.! Fraud ?

I had an accident and have Progressive Insurance and so was sent to The BODY SHOP at Sunset Chevy Buick GMC......... Wow, was I lucky!!! They are terrific there, especially Matteo Ferris who was my Estimator. He was so very professional and especially patient with me because I did call a few times for updates!!!!
