This wonderful lady, the manager, was extremely helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and showed good southern hospitality and old-time friendly service, and, no, she's not old by any means. She found what I wanted and I placed the order plus what I got from the store. She said she'd contact me when it comes in. So glad I found this place! So great doing business here.
Customer service was good and friendly. I got a fair price for my trailer and the tech took the time check out the unit. Small areas of surface rust were present on the frame, stabilizing jacks and steps. This is not uncommon, though road salts should be washed off after delivery form the factory and rust removed and painted before sale.
