This is my third time coming here and again there is no shampoo or conditioner or at the very least flea control soap in the machine so I basically soaked my dog for him to smell worse. The second time the dryers didn't even work. This will definitely be the last time I come here. I thought the convenience would be nice but it's inconvenient when there's no soap available and you just have a wet dog. In hindsight, I guess I can suggest bringing your own soap and towels.

Terrible company, I’m apparently not the only one who’s been over charged. We went and tried the $8 wash had to take it somewhere else to get washed and it charged us $14 dollars instead of the $8.

It's a mixed bag when it comes to Sunset Car Wash for me. Sometimes, I'll go through and my car comes out looking decent enough, nowhere near perfect, but passable. Other times, like today, I feel like I wasted $12 because of how dirty it remained after going through the washer. In all honesty, I could have pressure washed it and gotten better results at home. Vacuum machine stole my quarter. Change machine out of order as well as 1 dog wash. Not kept up very well so it seems.
