What's interesting to me is that there is only one review on this web site that is less than four. Based on my experience I will NEVER repeat NEVER go back to this dealership. If you have any desire to save your money you should not go to this dealership for service. The service department wanted to charge me about $3000 to repair an air compressor that had nothing wrong. Plus, they removed the existing compressor (removed all of the coolant) then had the audacity to charge me $225 for diagnosing the compressor problem. The ... read more

Sometimes it’s hard to find people that are honest with timing and cost but they were a lot less than going to the dealership that I usually go to, and Cadillac has never ever let me down since I bought my first one in 2008.
Recently picked up a nail in our tire while traveling. Mr. Rodney Kimpton / Service Consultant was quick to diagnose the problem and put us right into their service schedule. We were repaired and back on the road within an hour. Hard to find fast, friendly and professional services theses days that make you want to recommend and become a repeat customer. This is the dealership experience as it should be. Thanks to Sunset Cadillac, Mr. Kimpton and all others that we interacted with while there. Thanks again!
