I think this company was more concerned about getting paid then executing a small repair on a door which wasn't closing correctly. I was basically " strong armed" into writing a check and told that the repair was only guaranteed for a day or 2. If the door was too compromised structurally to be fixed, then I should have been told that without having ti spend $700, i live across the street from the company's office. We were very pleased with the communication, workmanship and customer service of Sunset Builders. They were always on time, and we felt very comfortable leaving our home while they were here working. We would not hesitate to recommend them to others for any remodeling needs.
