Diana went above and beyond for us in accommodating our boat storage needs! She was very friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is top notch and we feel very secure storing our boat with Sunset.

We rented an Airbnb in town but needed some extra parking space for our boat trailer. We spoke to Diana and she was extremely helpful and accommodating. I went to pick up my boat and was asked to sign it out before I went to inspect it, I told the owner Diane that I would like to look at it before I sign off on it. When I walked around my boat I discovered that it had been backed into another boat and had damage to my teak swim deck…I was instantly upset. When I confronted Diane the owner she did nothing about it and didn’t offer any compensation, which made me even more mad. I will never take my boat there again, nor will I recommend them to anyone.
