I really appreciate Tom Winfield's expertise of blinds. The motorized roller blinds he recommended has offered us a sense of security. He follows up on any minor issues. We have had the blinds for 6 years and have had Tom return recently to replace the motors, and as usual he is very professional and cost conscious. I will certainly work with Tom in the future.

Super happy with Tom from Sunset Blinds & Shade. He purchased custom blinds from him twice and both experiences were excellent. Tom is very knowledgeable about his products and gives good advice/suggestions. Installation process both times was easy. Have had no issues with either set of blinds but am confident that if I did have any, Tom would provide fantastic customer service. Tom is very personable, easy going and funny - a pleasure to collaborate with.
Our windows were replaced recently, and all our existing blinds were too wide. Tom was extremely meticulous in his measurement taking and cutting them all to the correct size. He completed them quite quickly, and he went above and beyond during the installation. Highly recommend his services!
Tom is professional and provides quality products at a reasonable price. He arrived on time and worked diligently and respectfully. He followed up after our drapery was installed to ensure we were happy with the product. We love the final product and we will be using Tom again in the future for our window covering needs. Would recommend 10/10.
