Asked at the door if accepting walk-ins the answer was yes. Took two hrs to be seated on a chair to START my color process when the lady stopped and said ill be right back and went to work on someone else took another hr of me sitting there for me to get the point and just leave. If you’re “that busy” please don’t take walk in’s. You’re literally wasting peoples time its understandable you have a business to run but 3 hrs and nothing done is excessive.
