Melanie is absolutely amazing! 1 hour 1/2 deep tissue with her and I feel like I need a nap after! I also have her for yoga twice a week….I join her Wednesday class and I have a private class with her. Again, absolutely amazing. She is a fabulous instructor who truly loves what she does. Highly recommend her for both!

She was amazing! So amazing I’m going to start going regularly. She worked out the craziest knot in my back and I left pretty much fixed up and able to move my neck and shoulder without pain the next day. Also love her mindset and positivity.
