Cole and his crew did a great job!
We were having a bath remodel, and stopped (twice) at "the glass place on 17." Customer service there was terrible; we left. Stopped in at SB G&M without knowing anything about them. After explaining our project, we were treated royally. Their inventory selections were fantastic, as were their competitive pricing. We had 2 glass shower doors and an additional piece of shower glass plate installed. The price was very good and the installation was quick, efficient, and professional. Once installed we recognized the need for one additional strip to allow the door to only swing in one direction. The folks at Sunset promptly ordered the part and installed it in a few days. All in all a great experience!
After contracting through my real estate agent for a window replacement, the work was delayed to my closing date and in spite of an agreement with the owner that he would honor his estimate — I was forced to pay $250 dollars extra to get the work done for closing. Did not appreciate how underhanded this was. Following this review I was contacted by the owner. He apologized, sent me a refund and explained the billing mistake.
