Absolutely fantastic customer service and communication! Great job installing glass/door in our newly remodeled shower. Highly recommend Cole!
We had 2 glass shower doors and an additional piece of shower glass plate installed. The price was very good and the installation was quick, efficient, and professional. Once installed we recognized the need for one additional strip to allow the door to only swing in one direction. The folks at Sunset promptly ordered the part and installed it in a few days. All in all a great experience!
After contracting through my real estate agent for a window replacement, the work was delayed to my closing date and in spite of an agreement with the owner that he would honor his estimate — I was forced to pay $250 dollars extra to get the work done for closing. Did not appreciate how underhanded this was. Following this review I was contacted by the owner. He apologized, sent me a refund and explained the billing mistake. Absolutely great service from start to finish! Cole and his team replaced my shower door with a new frameless door. They were on time, cleaned up everything, and installed the door to perfection. Any little thing I may have pointed out, Cole made sure I was totally satisfied with every inch of the new doors. Would highly recommend this company without hesitation.
