After contracting through my real estate agent for a window replacement, the work was delayed to my closing date and in spite of an agreement with the owner that he would honor his estimate — I was forced to pay $250 dollars extra to get the work done for closing. Did not appreciate how underhanded this was. Following this review I was contacted by the owner. He apologized, sent me a refund and explained the billing mistake. Absolutely great service from start to finish! Cole and his team replaced my shower door with a new frameless door. They were on time, cleaned up everything, and installed the door to perfection. Any little thing I may have pointed out, Cole made sure I was totally satisfied with every inch of the new doors. Would highly recommend this company without hesitation.
These guys were amazing. We had a window break on our rental property. I usually find it hard to get prompt and good customer service during the high season which is challenging when trying to get repairs between renters. Not only did we get that window repaired but their competitive pricing allowed us to replace door glass and a window whose seals gave out.
