Ok, I'm the owner.
I love walking this road morning and evening. The dog, precious Jema, needs her exercise. So does momma, lol! Peaceful, mostly quite, wildlife, fishing, jand the sceinery, aahhh!
With private beach and a canoe to row. On a sunny day, the dock is a wonderful place to enjoy sunlight, lakeview, and some quality relaxing time. The property has a house and a cottage, and the beach is shared among tenants from both, so it would also depend on the time and luck to enjoy the private beach and canoe the way you prefer. *East shore (Nice) is ideal for ppl who enjoy quiet time and less fuzz; west shore (Lakeport) better suits ppl wanting more human interactions and activities.
