Private beach, private pier, private pool. Beautiful view, gorgeous sunsets, clean, not crowded, relaxing. Owned here for many years. Simplicity at its finest.
Beautiful, comfortable place with excellent fishing. There aren’t a lot of apartments for rent here so it’s almost like having your own resort. I visited for mini lobster season with my friends. We caught tons of fish and lobster and had them prepared at sparkys restaurant right around the corner. Also, a full kitchen so we were able to prepare drinks and food and sit by the pool. Great place for families!
Owned an apt here for over 10yrs. Each unit except for the ocean facing units which are larger, are all floor plan alike. Each unit has its own cosmetic differences. Each unit has one long "greatroom" area. There are 2 large bedrooms each with their own bath room The grounds are very well maintained and the pool is a perfect place to hang out There is a wonderful beach and the fishing pier is one of the best in Key Colony beach.The new property manager is great, Ed Carey is his name and he will be your contact person 24/7 Ed... read more
